Complete Removal and Replacement: This starts with a site evaluation. Next our team will carefully remove your existing driveway and asses what is currently underneath for a base. We then regrade and compact the new reclaimed asphalt base. From there we then come back at a later date to install hot asphalt.
Top Coat: A top coat consists of adding a new layer of asphalt to your existing driveway. In this situation we look for a few key factors during the site evaluation to determine if this an option for your driveway.
Base Coat of Asphalt: This option is usually for new construction homes.
Commercial paving is for large areas. Typically for parking lots and industrial buildings. Commercial paving can be a complete removal and replace, top coat, base coat, or even base and top coat. This is determined through a site evaluation and the requirements of your project.
Reclaimed asphalt is made from recycled ground up asphalt. Asphalt itself is made of rocks, glues, oils, and sand. Do not get confused as reclaimed asphalt is not hot asphalt. While is has all the contents of asphalt, it does not bond like regular asphalt because it is not installed at a hot temperature.
Reclaimed asphalt is the product we use as a base under every driveway we produce because it simply bonds together more dense and compact in comparison to any other gravel on the market.
It can also be used for driveways, parking areas or most commonly long driveways and private roads. We grade reclaim by paving machine keep grading work on a consistent even playing field.
Patches and repairs come in many sizes and shapes. Typically this option comes into play when you have failing areas of a driveway or parking lot. However this option is explored when it is not necessary to remove and replace the entire surface.
Typically used for parking lots to mark parking spots, handicap areas, crosswalks, hazard areas, and traffic flow. Sometimes used for residential for people who have apartment buildings, basketball courts, or other various needs.
